As product manager on Playbox I was part in charge of the assorment, specifically the area of Paint & Draw and Sports & Play.
When starting here we used alot of different excel, word and other files on different locations that were sent through mail and uploaded in different places. This we changed to a more streamlined workflow utilizing sharepoint.

When starting at Skapamer we had a few thousand products within the Arts & Craft segement. We where a small player, but up and comming on the swedish market. When I left we where one of the biggest within the segment, and without competition the store with broadest assortment within Arts & Crafts.
During my time we improved with optimizing the process and workflow of working with large batches of products. In the last year we implemented a new ERP (Business central) and a new platform (BigCommerce) where I was heavily involved with the project as the owner of the assortment, and the one that knows how the business have been working for the past years.
During my time before Skapamer went into the Aller Media group I was responsible for the general IT and network administration, support and optimization for the Netray Group which included four warehouses, two office locations and one pizza food truck.

Responsible for the migration of Sveroks online forum from PHPbb to Inivsionboard and taking care of the day to day business of moderating the forums.
As head of tech for our annual meeting I was in charge of planning building and optimizing the IT of the annual meeting. On this meeting there where 100+ participants in need of working wifi, live streaming, live sound and video.

I started this small non-profit gaming club to be able to plan and arrange LAN-Parties in our local village. During 15 years we held atleast one event per year and sometimes up to three. At our peak we had over 100 participants on our event.
As chairman, and treasurer it was my responsibility to find partners and sponsors to make sure that we could arrange the best possible event for the youths in Osby.
